Better Broadband in Cornwall

In 2019, we started a ”WiFi My Street’ campaign to identify locations where superfast broadband was needed. We were inundated with requests for help from families, small businesses and multi-national brands who have setup home in Cornwall. To help bridge the digital divide in rural Cornwall, we are building a new fixed wireless broadband network to provide additional assistance. 

Cornwall was the first country to push gigabit fibre with many different operators deploying new infrastructure including the incumbent Openreach plus alternative networks like OFNL & Wildanet. Much more work is needed to fully connect Cornwall to the gigabit era.
