Communication Code

During the national lockdown, most of our deployments became virtually to a stop overnight, This is because we typically installed hardware on tall homes, businesses and farm structures in order to wirelessly connect customers to superfast broadband. With access being restricted, a new method was needed.

Ofcom granted us statutory rights under electronic communications code (the Code) as set out in Schedule 3A of the Communications Act 2003. These rights allow us to deploy our network on or over the highway in order to connect customers to our network. This has enabled us to continue throughout the pandemic and continue to grow our network in areas that desperately need faster broadband.
